Inspector Eshleman joined the fire service in 1999 as a volunteer in Washington State, eventually becoming a full-time Firefighter/Paramedic in Oregon. She has a B.A. from Washington State University, and holds dozens of national certifications in structural and wildland firefighting, fire engineering, emergency services instructorship, fire & life safety education, emergency medicine, and is currently certified by the International Code Council as a Fire Inspector II.
Inspector Eshleman has designed and presented training on a wide variety of topics, including the psychological elements of firefighter safety & survival, and she worked to develop an award-winning High Fidelity Simulation Program for Paramedics at the largest community college in Oregon. She has focused on wildland urban interface risk assessments in Oregon and Colorado, and most recently served Mountain View Fire Rescue in Longmont as a Community Outreach Educator.
Inspector Eshleman joined Estes Valley in August 2021. She lives outside the District.
